1. Employee SMS Program
By texting START to (443) 785-8380, you consent to receive recurring, non-marketing, work-related text messages from Pak Foods 8, LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Eligibility: This program is available only to current Pak Foods 8, LLC employees and authorized managers. It is not a customer advertising or promotional program.
Program content: Messages may include work schedules, schedule changes, operational notices, staffing or assignment information, authorized manager company-check alerts, and two-way work-related communication.
How to opt in: Review the disclosures on the public Employee SMS Program page, then text START from the mobile number you wish to enroll to (443) 785-8380. Enrollment is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on schedules, operational needs, manager activity, and two-way conversations.
Charges: Pak Foods 8, LLC does not charge a separate fee for the program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile service plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and no additional program messages will be sent unless you later re-enroll by texting START. Other supported opt-out words may also be recognized by the messaging platform.

2. Workplace Communications

Opting out will not affect employment status; required workplace information will be made available through a non-SMS method.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must use this website and SMS program lawfully and for their intended purposes. Program participants may not send unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, confidential-to-unauthorized-persons, or malicious content; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Ownership and Franchise Relationship
Pak Foods 8, LLC independently owns and operates the Save A Lot store at 4001 Erdman Avenue. This website and Employee SMS Program are operated by Pak Foods 8, LLC, not by Save A Lot, Ltd. or its corporate affiliates. Save A Lot names and brand elements belong to their respective owners and are used in connection with the independently operated franchise location.
6. Service Availability and Disclaimer
The website and SMS program are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Foods 8, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or SMS program. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
